    Before we sold a single build, we took our own landscaping and grounds company, Flawless, from lead to quote to schedule to job to invoice on one system. That’s where the audit method came from.

    Then we kept seeing the same pattern in construction, manufacturing and the trades. The work was being won, but the back office hadn’t kept up. Quotes built in Excel, then retyped into Simpro. Takeoffs by hand. A day a month on progress claims. The same data keyed into three systems.

    Estimating and quoting is where it hurts most. The quicker you quote, the more you win, so that’s usually where we start. Then we work down the value chain to claims, scheduling and job costing.

    Your data, what you own, and your team’s time

    Where your data goes Kept confidential and never shared without your consent. Findings sit on a password-protected portal for the people you nominate, are kept for 12 months after the audit, and are deleted whenever you ask.
    Who owns what we build You keep full ownership of your data and business information, and everything we deliver is licensed to you for unlimited internal use. We keep our own methods, templates and tools.
